Rolland Laethem
Director - Formulations & Product Development
Rolland has more than 35 years' direct experience developing and formulating resins of various chemistries. As such, he's seen many old techniques go by the wayside to be replaced by new techniques and technologies that better meet the needs of this ever-changing market.
At R&D Resins, Rolland is responsible for adjusting resin formulas and developing new product offerings to meet customers needs. He also functions as a mentoring educator for employees, customers, and distributors.

Daniel LeTarte
Director - Sales & Marketing
Daniel has more than 35 years' direct experience in the plastics and composites tooling markets where these resins are generally used. As such, he's long been involved in market research and branding to expand sales for tooling products.
At R&D Resins, Daniel is responsible for growing the company's distribution market and developing internet sales tools.

Michael Roberts
Product Formulator
Mike has recently joined our team and has shown to be a quick study along with a very enthusiastic personality. Mike is responsible for day to day production orders along with our inventory of finished goods and our raw materials. Mike is also responsible for our QA documents, documenting raw material lot numbers that are used in each batch we make.
